Contract Administration

We attend weekly site meetings, conduct mandatory inspections, report to Client on project progress and monitor the construction work to ensure that quality of work as specified and the project schedule are adhered to. At the end of the project we prepare a Construction Deficiency and ensure that the deficiencies are remedied, verify completion of deficiencies and approve release of final holdback.
