Contract Documents
To express the design solution in a comprehensible form and obtain firm
pricing, building permits and building owner's approval, a set of construction
documents and specifications are prepared. These working drawings may
include demolition and construction plans and details, power and data
locations, furniture, material selection and finishes, reflected ceiling
plans. Mechanical, electrical engineering drawings are appended to the
package and application is submitted with BCIN number for Building Permit.
