Design Concept Development
Through initial selection of construction materials; lighting, wall
and floor finishes, fabrics, new furniture and furnishings, we develop
a design concept to reflect the client's desired image and budget. To
expand the Client’s visual vocabulary, we may arrange visits to manufacturer’s
showrooms or to other installation sites. We present our design concepts,
initially informally and when refined, formally through mock-ups, sketches,
3D renderings and sample boards, to the client for approval.
