We collect client-generated corporate information, Landlord’s Criteria
packages, budgets and project timing. From the incipience of a project,
we are involved in feasibility studies, conceptual ideation, budget
creation, and project scheduling. All this leads to the creation of
a firm foundation on which to proceed. Needs Analysis and Facility Programming
A Facilities Program serves as the basis for planning an organisation's short, medium and long term facility strategy. It determines space allotment for staff, filing, office equipment, storage, other functional support areas and circulation space for present conditions and anticipated future growth. The purpose of this study is to impartially report to senior management, in a qualitative and quantitative format, the prevailing facility conditions and future facility requirements.
