Project Management
Often, a Client’s designated person or facilities staff is pre-occupied
with "day to day" business needs and requires additional assistance
on tasks that would normally fall under there responsibilities. Acting
on the Client’s behalf, we define and complement the project team by
co-coordinating all aspects of a project. For some of our Clients we
are their out-sourced facilities department. We prepare a master project
schedule and monitor in detail the progress of the project.
