Space Planning (schematic design)

The analysed data collected is translated into adjacency, vertical and horizontal stacking diagrams and into space plans showing reception, meeting rooms, workstations, offices, support and other areas. We verify Ontario Building Code compliance and with client approval we refine and produce final space plans and coordinate with the mechanical and electrical consultants.
